Agriturismo Debelis is situated in Trieste and is an accommodation provider offering a catering service that fully respects the traditional characteristics of Trieste’s rural cuisine. The agriturismo is run by Elisabetta Fragiacomo, who welcomes her guests to a setting surrounded by greenery and offering sea views, with a large garden and a "pergola" for dining, and provides private parking for her guests.
The agriturismo exudes a love for simple things and a respect for nature, and every detail within the premises is carefully chosen to create a warm and homely atmosphere. The cuisine fully expresses and honours the traditional flavours of the region, using produce grown directly on the farm’s own land and pork from the farm’s own pigs to offer you delicious specialities, from cured meats to cuts of meat expertly prepared by the chefs on staff. Wines from farms in the Giulian region will also provide the perfect accompaniment to your meals.
At our farmhouse, we welcome you to a rural yet refined setting, where you can enjoy traditional Trieste cuisine served by courteous staff in a pleasant, peaceful and convivial atmosphere.
Here, subject to booking, you can organise banquets for birthday parties, anniversaries, graduation celebrations or any other event.

At our agritourism, you can sample local wines and traditional Trieste dishes, given a modern twist and prepared exclusively with our own produce and, in some cases, by local farmers and breeders.

Appetizers
Traditional artisanal cured meats and cheeses, and sausages made in-house.
Main dishes
Traditional Trieste first courses: soups such as jota, pasta and beans, potato gnocchi and tagliatelle, struccolo ‘in straza salato’ with cheese and spinach, caramelised onion and sausage, and many other fillings.
Meat & Grill
Barbecues, meat stews, cotechino with polenta and sauerkraut, and goulash.
Side dishes
Our salads, beans, sauerkraut and potatoes: our vegetable side dishes are particularly seasonal.
Sweets
Traditional Trieste desserts such as strudel, pinza, presnitz and struccolo ‘in straza’ à la Carsolina.

Sparkling red, white and rosé wines.
Our product
Our agritourism farm grows most of the fresh, wholesome ingredients ourselves, which we then use to prepare our typical Triestine cuisine: home-cooked, simple and healthy.
Our culinary offering is extensive and varied, featuring dishes with rich flavours, thanks to the use of carefully selected ingredients, almost all of which come from our vegetable garden and our own pig farm.
Our kitchen creates a range of dishes tailored to the current season for our guests to enjoy. It is essential for us to follow the seasonal availability of ingredients, to ensure you are always offered a varied menu featuring locally sourced, fresh produce.
The Farm Accommodation for Your Parties
The Debelis farm holiday accommodation is conveniently located just a short walk from the city of Trieste, yet surrounded by greenery and offering a beautiful sea view. It is spread over two floors with panoramic views of the mountains; on the ground floor, in addition to the large hall, there is a spacious pergola for al fresco dining.
We have a private car park for our guests.
Subject to booking, the venue is ideal for organising lunches and dinners with friends and colleagues – but that’s not all… At our farmhouse, you can also make your special occasions – such as birthdays, anniversaries and any event that’s special to you – truly memorable, in a simple, family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere just like in the old days, whilst enjoying authentic, traditional Trieste specialities.
